Client Success/Account Manager ADX

Your day-to-day activities:

  •  Build and maintain strong client relationships by thoroughly understanding our business objectives, anticipating future needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client and company KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with your team to enhance publisher performance, allocate demand where needed, and identify emerging trends in inventory and demand
  • Gather valuable feedback from publishers to continuously improve and refine strategies for better outcomes
  • Increase publisher revenue through placement optimization, cross-platform strategies, and exploring new market opportunities
  • Ensure smooth communication and support by regularly engaging with clients through calls and meetings.
  • Jumping on a call with a client to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Take full ownership of your role, treat the company as your own, and fully commit to delivering results. We believe in this level of partnership for mutual success

To succeed You’ll need:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in RTB, SSP, or DSP
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising
  • High level of English allowing clear and concise communication
